We offer photography and virtual tours for real estate listings and commercial properties.

Located in Belchertown, MA we primarily serve Central and Western Massachusetts, but are willing to travel to other locations (travel charges apply to distances over 25 miles from the Belchertown center).


Photography

For photography service there are two options: either photos only or with an additional virtual tour.

In both cases you get a minimum of 30 (in most cases it will be 45 or more) high resolution photos, to use for the property listing.

If you select a virtual tour, we will also take additional up to 5 (depending on a property size and type) 360-degree panoramic photos. We will create a virtual tour (branded and non-branded, for MLS listing) of the property, post it to MLS from where it will be syndicated to Realtor, Zillow, Trulia and other real estate portals. The virtual tour will also have Earth-zoom, zooming from an outer space to your property. We will also create standard video of the presentation, post it to our YouTube channel and provide you with a video file that you can upload to your own YouTube channel or use for any other purpose.

You will also get one page property flyer.

We will track all activities with your virtual tour and send you a periodic report (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), if you choose so.

Should you use professional real estate photography?

Research shows that the quality of listing photos, and the expertise of the person taking them, has a big impact on home sales. Just try Web search for 'Professional Real Estate Photography Statistics' to see some statistics that have been put out by companies like Redfin, Zillow, Realtor.com and more.

Here are few interesting facts you should know about the value of professional real estate photography

  • Buyers spend 60% of their time looking at listing photos, and only 20% each on the listing description and agent description.
  • Homes with professional photos get 61% more views.
  • Homes with high-quality photos have a 47 percent higher asking price per square foot and have "an increased likelihood of selling" when priced above $300,000.
  • 83% of buyers cited pictures as very important.
  • You have two seconds to grab the buyer’s attention without a photo, and 20 seconds with a photo.
  • Homes that are professionally photographed sell for at least $934 and as much as $18,819 more than homes photographed by an amateur.
  • Real estate agents who always use professional third-party photographers earn twice as much gross commission income (GCI) as agents who never use professional third-party photographers. And yet, 35% of agents only sometimes use professional photographers, while 15% never do that.
  • Realtors who use professional real estate photographs sell listed homes 32% faster than all other listings (spending only 89 days on the market compared to 123 for other homes).
